All quotations are subject to availability of equipment and personnel, technical information, drawings, and details, including center of gravity and support points etc. Quotations are subject to advance permit approvals by all States and Governmental agencies in route. Requirements resulting from any route/bridge/utility surveys may alter cost of estimates. Costs incurred in the customer/shipper authorized application for permit pre-approval. Including but not limited to route/bridge/utility surveys will be payable by the customer/shipper, regardless as to whether the permits are ultimately approved or denied.
